Brooks Krouse is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in audit, financial reporting, and executive leadership. His career spans public accounting and corporate finance, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

As Chief Financial Officer of EquiPro Holdings (since July 2025), Brooks oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and strategic planning. He leads initiatives to optimize capital structure, improve profitability, and support expansion through acquisitions and organic growth. Brooks partners with executive leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals and ensures robust internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.

From 2023 to 2025, Brooks served as Controller at Life Dental Group, where he managed the accounting function, implemented process improvements, and enhanced reporting accuracy. His responsibilities included overseeing month-end closing, preparing consolidated financial statements, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. Brooks also played a key role in integrating financial systems and processes during periods of rapid growth.

Before joining Life Dental Group, Brooks worked at KPMG, providing professional audit services in accordance with PCAOB requirements and U.S. GAAP for clients primarily in the Oil & Gas sector. His audit experience includes mergers and acquisitions, SEC filings, and accounting for derivatives, corporate taxation, leases, PP&E, expenses, liabilities, and revenue recognition from contracts.
